If the product is damaged during delivery, you must call us while the deliveryman is present. You can call us at [1743389153]. The item can then be returned without paying any fees. At the time of return, the package and invoice must be present. You must let the person who will receive the product in your place know if you are unable to receive it yourself for some reason.

This condition won’t apply to damaged products if we aren’t alerted within 24 hours.

Following your notification, you will be exchanged in 2-4 working days. You must wait a minimum of two to three days before replacing the item.
